CANCELLATION POLICY

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend DNA 31 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to Insight Outside at dna31@inviteo.fr :

Cancellations until 11 July 2025: no penalty
Cancellations after 11 July 2025: no refund - 100% penalty
